Ordering A Personalised Card with Hallmark:

Step 1 - Card Selection: Once you have found the perfect personalised card design, click the "Personalise" button.

Step 2 - Personalise: Select your preferred card size, craft a message, add photos and make any finishing touches.

Step 3 - Shipping Details: Order by 2pm for same-day shipping. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be sent the next day.

Step 4 - Delivery Times: We send personalised card orders with Australia Post. You can expect delivery 1 to 3 days after we send our shipping confirmation email.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Personalised Cards, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for any Personalised Card.

If the Personalised Card arrives with damage incurred during shipping, please contact us to organise a replacement.

For Personalised Card orders that arrive more than 6 working days after the date of your order, please get in touch via email for help.
